管道配件中橡膠接頭，橡膠軟連接是需要帶配對(duì)的，是否帶配對(duì)是由管件的連接方式?jīng)Q定的。
比如橡膠軟連接將兩個(gè)管口連接起來，在左邊的管口上焊接一片，參數(shù)要和橡膠軟連接的參數(shù)相同，以方便對(duì)接，在管子上焊接的就是配對(duì)。不用配對(duì)的就需要焊接。
焊接有一個(gè)弊端那就是不易拆卸，因?yàn)榕c管子焊接在一起一旦需要拆卸就要把焊管的部分割開，才能取掉打開。
安裝這種油管接頭，比較關(guān)鍵的是要控制好是管子端部的擴(kuò)口。
否則如果擴(kuò)口過大，就會(huì)影響到密封效果，甚至有可能產(chǎn)生裂紋。
具體來說這種接頭的安裝，是需要大家注意在擰緊管接頭螺母時(shí)，緊固力矩要適度，擰緊時(shí)必須用力矩扳手。
其次是注意盡量一次操作好，如果是紫銅管拆卸一次再重新裝配，一定要更換新銅管，重新進(jìn)行擴(kuò)口再去裝入。
